Meet Tracey
For me, it’s always been about helping people feel good.
With over 23 years’ experience as a nail technician, I’ve always loved the connection that comes from working one -to-one with my clients and creating a space where they can relax, unwind and take a little time for themselves.
My interest in health and wellbeing eventually led me to reflexology. I completed my Certificate in Anatomy and Physiology in 2024, followed by a Certificate in Indian Head Massage April 2025 and Diploma in Reflexology December 2025 with Auckland School of Reflexology.
Today Aroha brings in everything I love together - professional nail care, reflexology and massage, all offered in a peaceful, private setting in Te Aroha.
Whether you come to me for beautiful nails, some much-needed relaxation or simply an hour to yourself, I want you to leave relaxed, restored and little more like yourself again.
